| 03-09-2013 : The prescribed qualifying service for upgradation from NE-11 to NE-12 is 8 years. With such condition very few employees will get NE-12 scale. The qualifying service needs relaxation. TF-26/6, dt-31-08-2013 to Director (HR). |
