NFTE-BSNL ACHIEVED IT!

Atlast the management announced the formation of a Committee to decide upon the new bonus formulae. Our National President Com . Islam Ahamed is in the committee in his capacity as the Leader of the Staff Side. Only due to persistent and continuous effort by the NFTE-BSNL Management now agreed to consider a change in the Bonus Formulae which caused denial of Bonus for the last four consecutive years. This faulty formula was agreed too by BSNLEU. We all knew that this faulty formula was agreed upon by BSNLEU since it was the only recognized Union at that time. NFTE-BSNL was not a recognized Union for a long time and hence could not compel the Management to change the said faulty Bonus Formulae. Now NFTE-BSNL is a Recognized Union and was able to convince the Management for a need to change the Bonus Formula so that our employees get Bonus irrespective of PROFIT/LOSS. IT IS AN ACHIEVEMENT BY NFTE-BSNL INDEED. However some leaders of BSNLEU without any justification started claiming Victory for this achievement. It is utterly ridicules and false claim. They could do it now as they claim now Why they could not do the same for the last 4 years. Every employee knew only after NFTE-BSNL Union was recognized 78.2% IDA Merger order was implemented. Now the faulty Bonus formula is to be changed. 

ANY NUMBER OF FALSE PROPAGANDA BY BSNLEU WILL NOT FOOL OUR EMPLOYEES ANY MORE
