78.2% MERGER FOR PENSIONERS
NFTE ACHIEVED ITS WORDS.
Today is the historic day for all the pensioners, family pensioners and
working employeesf of BSN..The union cabinet has removed the anomaly by
approving 78,,2 %. IDA merger for pensioners and family pensioners too
w.e.f.01.01.2007..fixation will take effect from 01.01.07 but arrears be
paid from 10.06.2013.Besides thier the cabinet also dispensed the
ratio of 60/40 emposed by the DOT on 15.06.2006 .This IS a great achieve
end of continuous st
ruggle of the
workers. No doubt it is an out come of United struggle but the NFTE
alone initiated opposing 60/40 ration as soon as it was notified but
some of our friends started to say pensioners is no tension but the NFTE
kept the issues highlighted and ultimately all come on the same
understanding..NFTE approached up to Primminister in January 2016 and
we recievrd a wrtten repply from PMO in which was indicated ahope of
settlement.This is a great gain for the workers for which the NFTE is
contributed a lot..Thanks and congested to all comrades & friends..

முயற்சி...
திருவினையானது.. மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக... நமது ஓய்வு பெற்ற
மூத்த தோழர்கள் போராடி வந்த 78.2 சத ida இணைப்பிற்கு மத்திய அமைச்சரவை
05/07/2016 அன்று ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. 01/01/2007 முதல்
09/06/2013 வரை ஓய்வு பெற்ற தோழர்களும் .. மரணமுற்ற ஊழியர்களின்
வாரிசுகளுமாக... ஏறத்தாழ 118500 ஓய்வூதியர்கள் இந்தப்பலனை அடைவர்.
இதனால் அரசுக்கு ஏறத்தாழ 155 கோடி ரூபாய் ஆண்டுக்கு செலவாகும்.
10/06/2013லிருந்து நிலுவையாக 290 கோடி வழங்கப்படும். மேலும் 01/10/2000க்கு
முன் ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஊழியர்களின் ஓய்வூதிய செலவை அரசே ஏற்கும் என்றும்
அதில் bsnlக்கு தொடர்பில்லை என்றும்... 01/10/2000க்குப் பின் ஓய்வு
பெற்றவர்களின் ஓய்வூதியச்செலவும் அரசிற்கே பாத்தியப்பட்டது என்றும்...
bsnl தனது பங்களிப்பை fr -116ன்படி செலுத்த வேண்டும் எனவும் மத்திய
அமைச்சரவை ஒப்புதல் அளித்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் நிதி அமைச்சகம் நமக்கு
ஏற்படுத்திய 60:40 பங்களிப்பு என்ற பத்தாண்டு அநீதி களையப்பட்டுள்ளது.
bsnl உருவாக்கத்தின்போது அரசு அளித்த உறுதிமொழியை தற்போதைய அரசு
நிறைவேற்றும் நோக்கிலும், பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் இருந்து தொடர்ந்து
எழுப்பப்பட்ட கோரிக்கைகளின் அடிப்படையிலும்... மத்திய அமைச்சரவை
இம்முடிவை எட்டியுள்ளதாக அறிவிப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஓய்வூதியத்தை உறுதி செய்தது NFTE. ஓய்வூதியம் நிலைத்திட தொடர்ந்து
போராடியது NFTE 60:40 பிரச்சினையில் ஆரம்பம் முதல் எதிர்க்குரல் கொடுத்த
ஓய்வூதியத்தின் தந்தை தோழர் குப்தாவை நாம் நெஞ்சார நினைவு கூர்கிறோம்.
சற்றும் மனம் தளராத விக்கிரமாதித்தனாக... 78.2 பிரச்சினையில்
தொடர்ந்து போராடி வெற்றி பெற்ற aibsnlpwa ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கத்திற்கு நமது
